NGPFA has given me the opportunity to develop myself academically and as a footballer. The grades I gained at NGPFA progressed me into completing my BA Sports Coaching degree, as well as progressing onto my MSc Football Science degree. In addition to this, NGPFA employed me as a tutor and coach after gaining my degree. I have had the opportunity to gain part time employment through semi-professional football, where I do this alongside my academics and job. NGPFA have guided me to be able to do both the academics and football successfully at the same time, and have helped me gain the career I want.

I joined NGPFA after a doing a year at another football college program and I didn’t look back. I was given the chance to go to Canada and trial in front of the likes of PSG, Le Havre and Monaco. During my time on the programme, I had the opportunity to play professional clubs, have non-league opportunities and play in many showcase games in front of Premier League scouts. After them amazing experiences I got offered a coaching role with NGPFA, while gaining the academic grades to progress onto a BSc Sports Coaching and Performance degree.

NGPFA gave me the opportunity and guidance to be playing at the level I am now. It gives younger players leaving school that opportunity to seek a future in the game, which will play a big part in finding that next chapter of your career. I have been fortunate enough to be able to play senior semi-professional football with Bostik League clubs over the last 3 years. This allowed me to earn a second income alongside my full time job. I would thoroughly recommend this path to anyone looking to progress to university or professional/semi-professional football.
