NGP has spent years delivering football and education programmes across sixth forms, colleges, schools and education providers, building a strong educational brand that connects with the young people we serve.
Our state sector programmes are designed around access, structure and progression. We work primarily with 16–19-year-olds, while also supporting wider secondary school and community provision where there is a clear need. The model is flexible, allowing learners to access the right education route for them, including A Levels, BTEC, NCFE, CTEC, NVQ and other vocational pathways.
Football is used as the engagement tool, but the programme is built around far more than training and fixtures. It supports attendance, confidence, behaviour, aspiration, qualification achievement and future planning. For many learners, the game provides the structure they need to stay connected to education and begin to see a route forward.
NGP works with young people from a wide range of backgrounds, including low-income communities, areas of deprivation, learners with additional needs and students requiring bursary or EHCP support. The aim is simple: to create environments where every young person has a fair opportunity to develop, progress and succeed, regardless of their circumstances.
Our strength in the state sector comes from understanding both sides of the model. We understand football. We understand education. We understand the realities of schools, sixth forms and colleges. That means programmes are built with the right balance of coaching standards, curriculum alignment, safeguarding, pastoral care, learner support and progression planning.
The result is a proven football education model with strong pass rates, retention, student success and pathways into university, scholarships, employment, coaching, sport science, personal training, media, analysis and the wider sport industry.
NGP does not deliver one version of state sector provision. We build the programme around the learner, the institution and the pathway.
NGP works with independent schools to strengthen, enhance and extend their football and wider enrichment offer.
Our model can support prep schools, senior schools, boarding schools and international school settings, with provision designed around the needs, culture and ambition of each institution. We do not arrive with a one-size-fits-all programme. We build around the school.
That may include high-performance academy-style football provision, enrichment sessions, after-school clubs, lunchtime clubs, holiday camps, fixtures, tours, tournaments, PE support, specialist coaching, elite player development, coach education and staff CPD. The structure can be shaped around the school timetable, facilities, age groups, student profile and wider strategic aims.
NGP also brings access to a wider football network, including guest coaches and specialists from professional club environments across the Premier League, Championship and beyond. This allows schools to offer high-performance coaching for individuals and teams, while exposing players to different voices, standards and development experiences.
The programme develops the whole player. Technical detail matters. Tactical understanding matters. But so do confidence, decision-making, discipline, resilience, communication and the social and psychological demands of the game. Where pupils are already connected to professional clubs or academy environments, NGP can work around that pathway, tailoring support to complement their existing commitments and maximise their potential.
The key is partnership. NGP is there to add value to the school's existing offer, not replace its identity. The school remains central. Its values, standards, parents, pupils and wider community are protected and enhanced through a professional football and enrichment model that can sit naturally within the school environment.
For pupils, the programme creates access to high-quality coaching, competitive opportunities, personal development, confidence, teamwork and wider pathway experiences. For schools, it can support recruitment, retention, enrichment, sport profile, community engagement and additional commercial opportunities through camps, tours, tournaments and parent-paid provision.
NGP understands that independent schools need more than a football provider. They need a trusted partner who can deliver professionally, communicate clearly, safeguard properly and represent the school well.
Every programme is bespoke. Every partnership is built around the school.
NGP welcomes international players and students who want to experience football, education and life in the UK.
Our international programmes are tailored around the individual, the group and the purpose of the visit. Some players come for one week. Others stay for two weeks, a term, a full academic year, or longer. We have supported students and players who have remained within the NGP environment for up to three years, combining football, education, accommodation, personal development and pathway support.
The offer can be built as a full football and education programme, or as a football-only experience. Players may access training, fixtures, showcase games, strength and conditioning, analysis, media opportunities, guest coaches, cultural visits, trial exposure and wider development support. Each programme is shaped around the player's age, level, ambition, length of stay and future goals.
For many international players, the UK represents one of the most competitive football environments in the world. NGP gives them the opportunity to test themselves in that market, experience the standards of the British game and understand what it takes to progress.
But the programme is about more than football.
It is also about immersion. Players live, train, study, travel and grow within a structured environment. Accommodation can include boarding, athlete accommodation or carefully selected host family placements, with pastoral support built around the student experience.
NGP has welcomed players and students from across the world, including the USA, Canada, France, Thailand, Poland, Ghana and other countries. Each arrives with a different story, but the aim remains the same: to create a meaningful experience, open doors to future opportunities and provide a pathway that can change how a young person sees the game, education and themselves.
For some, it is a short-term football experience. For others, it becomes a life-changing journey.
NGP designs football tours and trips that give players, students, schools and partners access to new environments, new cultures and new standards of the game.
Our trips range from one-day UK experiences to fully tailored international football development tours. In the UK, this may include cultural city visits, professional club training ground experiences, stadium tours, theme parks, fixtures, team-building activities and wider enrichment opportunities.
Internationally, NGP creates bespoke immersion visits across destinations including Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Canada, the USA and Australia. These tours are built around the age, level, ambition and purpose of the group.
Each tour can include professional coaching, access to world-class training facilities, stadium visits, fixtures against local opposition, cultural experiences, education visits, showcase opportunities and time spent inside different football environments. For some groups, the focus is high-performance development. For others, it is participation, confidence, team bonding, cultural experience and personal growth. Every tour is shaped around the partner, the destination and the players involved.
The aim is not simply to travel. It is to use football as a way of seeing more, learning more and experiencing the game beyond the usual environment.
For players, tours and trips can be unforgettable. For schools and partners, they can become a powerful part of the wider programme.

NGP delivers football camps in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia, giving players access to structured coaching, high-quality development and a professional training environment.
Our camps can be delivered during school holidays, within partner schools, through independent school programmes, as elite development camps, or as part of international and overseas partnership projects. Some camps run for three days. Others run for a full week or longer. Each one is built around the age, ability, needs and ambitions of the players involved.
Camps are open to boys and girls and can be designed for a wide range of age groups and ability levels. Where needed, players are grouped appropriately so that each participant is challenged, supported and able to develop at the right level.
The camp model is built to give every player meaningful contact with the coaching team. Participants are exposed to different coaches, different voices and different areas of the game, creating a rounded development experience across the week.
Sessions may include technical coaching, tactical work, match play, tournaments, position-specific coaching, goalkeeper coaching, strength and conditioning, guest coaches and specialist development sessions. For selected camps, NGP can also bring in coaches and practitioners from professional football environments to raise the level of delivery and expose players to higher standards.
For players, camps provide a chance to improve, compete, make friends, build confidence and enjoy the game in a structured environment.
For schools, clubs and partners, camps can also create strong enrichment, community engagement and commercial opportunities through holiday provision, overseas delivery and tailored football development experiences.
NGP camps are designed to be enjoyable. But they are always built around standards.
NGP designs and delivers football tournaments for schools, colleges, independent schools, academies, international partners and clubs.
Our tournament model can support both existing events and new competition concepts, from local school festivals and participation tournaments to elite showcases, academy events and international football experiences. Each tournament is tailored around the age group, ability level, purpose and profile of the players involved.
Tournaments can be created for boys and girls across a wide range of age groups, with formats designed to suit the environment. Some events are built around participation, enjoyment and school engagement. Others are designed for high-performance players, showcase opportunities, player exposure and pathway development.
NGP can support the full tournament framework, including competition structure, fixtures, schedules, officiating, venues, branding, media, player profiles, Veo footage, awards and wider event presentation. For international tournaments, we can also help coordinate key logistics such as flights, accommodation, travel schedules and partner communication.
The strength of the model is flexibility. Tournaments can stand alone, or they can connect directly to camps, tours, international partnerships and wider NGP pathway programmes. A school tournament can become a recruitment opportunity. A camp can end with a showcase event. An international tour can be built around a competition experience. A high-performance tournament can create content, exposure and future opportunities for players.
As NGP continues to grow, tournaments will form an important part of the wider programme offer, including larger branded events and international concepts designed to bring players, coaches, schools, clubs and cultures together through football.
Some tournaments are about participation. Some are about performance. All are built around organisation, standards and opportunity.
